Let's continue this like we did last month. It really helped me to keep up the juicing habit. Sure do feel a difference since the Lucys started this blog. Thanks for your support, Lucys!
This weekend I juiced a papya , ginger nectarine and a apple and mixed it in with a bottle of sparkeling water...Yumm

ReplyDeletePURPLE POWER Juice
ReplyDeletea little Red Cabbage
1/2 bag Cranberries
a little Parsley
2 leaves Collard Greens
2 small Red Apples
Its a really pretty purple color and it's packed with POWER
Yum, great tip. Can't wait to try a Yam.
ReplyDeleteI've been focusing on greens since I never get enough of them.
Kale
Bok-Choy
Collards
Celery
Cilantro
Cranberry
occassional carrot
To make it more tasty, I add either apple+orange; pear+orange; mango+orange;pineapple+apple.
Last week I had beets so each day I was using either one or a halp depending on the size. It covers up the green taste of the greens.
My greens are almost gone so I think I'll look for Yam's next.
Yummy, we juiced apples, pears, cucumber (mmm), turnip greens, and my new favorite, Cranberries (not the band)!

orange
carrot

Something in the bunch gave me gas though. Next time, I'm going to remove the cucumber seeds since they are suspect.
